Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee

At Narayan Pratap Singh Smriti Mahavidyalaya, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and staff. The Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee has been constituted in accordance with UGC and Government of India guidelines to address complaints and promote awareness about issues related to sexual harassment and gender sensitivity.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Committee:

• Receive and address complaints of sexual harassment in a timely and confidential manner.
• Ensure fair inquiry and resolution as per institutional and legal norms.
• Organize awareness programs and workshops on gender equality and respectful conduct.
• Provide support and counseling to affected individuals.

How to Approach the Committee:

Any student, faculty, or staff member facing or witnessing any form of sexual harassment can confidentially approach any of the committee members listed below. You may reach out in person, by phone, or via email. All complaints will be handled discreetly and with utmost sensitivity.

Note: All complaints will be treated with strict confidentiality. The committee is here to listen, support, and take appropriate action. We encourage everyone to speak up and help maintain a safe and supportive academic environment.
