📄 Our Fee Refund Policy
We follow the University Grants Commission (UGC) Guidelines for Fee Refund to ensure a student-friendly and transparent process. These provisions are applicable if a student decides to withdraw from admission after fee payment.

- Refunds must be processed by the institution within 15 days of receiving the withdrawal application.
- The refund policy will be clearly displayed during the admission process and in the prospectus.
- In case of unresolved issues, students may escalate the matter to the University Grants Commission (UGC).
